Wing It Potatoes| 11-21-15

I forget about the potatoes in my pantry sometimes. So this morning I woke up to make breakfast and I figured I would make something from spuds. I have failed over and over at hash browns so I took a try at roasted potatoes. I took to Pinterest and sadly I had non of the ingredients most asked for so I just decided to throw stuff together. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and I must add they turned out pretty well


Serves 2.5

-3 pealed potatoes
-Olive oil
Following spices: I lightly sprinkled with everything because i used  so many.

(PS: I only sprinkled a tiny butt of season all, but you can do what you please. 
PS: I added sea salt after I took out of the oven not before, oops)

-A plastic spoon of dehydrated garlic 

Preheat oven to 400/450 for 25/20 minutes
After the 20 minutes I put them in the broiler for 4 minutes, next time I'll try 3.5.
